The Francis Malbone House Inn, located in Newport, RI is a luxurious bed and breakfast. Located on Newport’s famed waterfront, The Francis Malbone has twenty rooms ranging from elegant queen and king rooms with working fireplaces, to spacious master suites and even our separate colonial home, the Benjamin Mason House. Private garden patios, double jacuzzis and gas fireplaces are just a few of the amenities that grace our rooms. The inn is Newport, Rhode Island’s only Five Star Diamond Award winning bed and breakfast. Other prestigious awards include Trip Advisor’s 2013 Certificate of Excellence and Bed and Breakfast’s Diamond Collection. Most importantly, guests consistently award the Francis Malbone House Inn five stars on Trip Advisor. A complete breakfast is prepared each morning between 8:30 and 10:00 AM and served fireside in the dining room, or by the fountain in our lovely courtyard – depending on the season. Afternoon tea is served between 3:00 and 6:00 PM for our in house guests. The Francis Malbone House Inn regularly offers several “Newport Getaway Packages”, including their three most popular, the Dinner Package, Romance Package and the Elopement Package. The Elopement Package affords guest value added items such as a Justice of the Peace, Photographer, Champagne, Flowers and a romantic dinner for two.
