"On a Sunday morning, I submitted a request on Home Advisor for quotes for some plumbing work (remove garbage disposal, replace kitchen faucet, check the water pressure on the bathroom faucet and replace the spindle in the shower). I received a call from Tom at United Sewer and Drain within minutes of submitting the request. They were completing a job and could stop by in late afternoon to give us a quote. Dave and Tom drove to our home in a snowstorm and gave us a quote to complete the work. It was a flat price with no trip fee and no extra fees if they completed the work on a week-end. They could have completed the work that afternoon. We purchased the faucets and a shower head and called them back several weeks later. Tom and Dave came to the house at 10:30 a.m. on a Sunday. They removed the garbage disposal, replaced the kitchen and bathroom faucets, the shower head and replaced the spindle on the shower. They made certain that the hot water was working properly in the shower (correcting an error by a previous serviceman) and made adjustments to the water heater temperature. Tom and Dave did a great job! Everything is working beautifully. They were proficient in their work and professional in their demeanor. We are very pleased with the workmanship and would highly recommend United Sewer & Drain."

"During cleanup after a water tank leak, our disaster mitigation crew referred JMB Plumbing to repair a corroded water line to our washing machine. Jim not only took the time to go over what needed to be done to get the washer up and running again, but suggested moving the appliances to a better location in the basement, freeing up the space for the pool table my husband's been dreaming of. He came back in a day or two and was able to complete all the necessary plumbing, replacing and re-routing the old flimsy dryer vent, removing old water lines and old laundry sink, and moving both washer and dryer to their new location, all at a very reasonable price - and completed in a span of about six hours. He even included a faucet leak repair and a drain popup fix in the total price. Jim was friendly, polite, professional and an expert in his field. We'll be welcoming him back in the near future to re-install the toilet and sink in the restoration process."
