"1. Incident 1-I had a Quietside combo boiler/hot water heater tankless and I knew it was on its last legs. I had RE Coogan come over and work on it last spring. I wasn't at the house at the time so my tenants let them in. They started to do the work without reaching out to me and only talking to my tenants. I recieved a $780 bill for the work that they did on the unit without even knowing what they were going to be doing. This was the first level of unprofessionalism and when I called to complain they argued with me about paying a 3% additional fee for using a credit card. 2. Fast forward 6 months later and the unit that they "fixed" broke again and it was time to replace it. I called up the owner of the company and he drove across the city go give me a quote on replacing the unit. He said nothing about it being a charge to get a quote from him. I didn't end up going with them for the replacement because they were $3,000 higher than the competition. He ended up billing me $225 for the quote. When I called to complain they argued with me for 20 minutes. **This company is deceptive and overpriced. Make sure if they are coming to your house to do any work that you do not make the same mistake I made."
