Steve called to say he was on his way which I appreciated since I'm always running in and out of the house.  He arrived exactly when he said he would.  He explains everything that he is going to do, tells you how long he'll be and bing bang boom, he's done!!  He does an excellent job?and he is so nice.  He's very willing to accommodate you and does it with a smile.  Very professional.

Did everything I asked, and a little extra (sidewalks, mailbox).  Took good care of plantings.

It went super - I emailed the company on Friday night with my address and contact info. We got a call Saturday morning with an estimate. They said they could do the work during the following week. I got a call on Tuesday afternoon asking if Wednesday morning was convenient. They arrived around 10 a.m. and went right at it. They wet down anything that would be damaged by bleach, then applied bleach and pressure washed the entire house, finishing up just about 12 noon. House looks great. Also, I had not mentioned the decks, but he did them, too, for the same price. Price was exactly what was estimated.

The exterior of my home had become quite dirty and moldy but I was not sure who to use for the power washing job. Using the local paper, I found an ad for S. Bruneau and Son. The web site was very professional, enabling me to submit a request for an estimate on-line. I was contacted the same day and they came out to survey the job the next day leaving me an estimate. I felt the estimate was very reasonable given the size and condition of the house so we scheduled the cleaning. I did not have to be here but was and enjoyed meeting the friendly and professional owner. The work was done as scheduled and the house was left in great condition. The final bill was exactly what had been quoted. I was very satisfied with a job well done.
