We worked with a designer on detailed plans, but the workers ignored them and followed only photos, causing major mistakes and rework. For example, they missed the pot filler in the coffee bar plans and had to reopen the wall for plumbing. Poor planning also left us with a smaller bathroom than before, despite our request for a larger one. They repeatedly ordered the wrong items and acted as if we wouldn?t notice when trying to install them. We had to inspect their painting because they left unfinished areas and paint runs. The ceiling fan was never installed?we had to do it ourselves. The project manager, who promised oversight, was rarely present. Combined with repeated errors and overcharging, it was a frustrating experience. Too many issues to list. I do not recommend this company."

He is very responsive and quick to get back to you about any questions. He is patient and never made me feel like a bother (even though I am sure I was sometimes!). We are really concerned about Covid and he and his team were great about wearing N95 masks we provided. Of course, the workmanship is impressive and we love our new shower but what really elevates this company is the customer service."
