"The representative that came out was very professional and knowledgeable. 2 installers showed up on time and they installed carpet in 3 bedrooms and hallway and they were very efficient and timely and cleaned up when they were done. Carpet looks great!"

"The dimples in the carpet are history. It looks much better. My only criticisms are: a small chunk of carpet is missing next to a baseboard and they put a small chip in an adjoining room's ceramic tile. The latter happened because they did not place anything under their heavy "machinery"."

"He cleaned two rooms (I paid for three). He said he couldn't do steps, that was extra. Charged me for ScotchGuard for carpet. He was in and out in 30 minutes, but the carpet didn't look any better. I asked him if he could clean under the couch and armoire, he advised against it stating the furniture would leave dark patches on the wet carpet."
