"They didn’t connect a ground wire to new antenna which is required for outdoor tv antenna. I called them about the problem they said I needed appointment, and they would call me to schedule another appointment received none yet. Internet repairs services not safe for me."

"These extremely personable young men have a good level of technical ability and set up a new HDTV antenna and connected it to two tvs. They dealt with the condominium manager who is not easy to make happy. There were some canceled or delayed appointments for which they apologized profusely. If a customer is willing to cut them some slack for this, they will satisfy. It may have been because of the condo requirements but the installation was substantially over the estimated cost."

"Did a very professional job mounting our TV. Very interested that he was placing the TV exactly where I wanted it and regularly asked for my feedback. Absolutely knows what he is doing."

"The technician knew what he was **** and did a professional job of hiding the cords and mounting the TV."

"Professional, Friendly, No hidden charges, Fast service. All of these makes Cut Cord the best! Fully satisfied with the installation and channels received with the Antenna."

"Installed a new antenna in a prompt manner. All TVs' working."
