SKIP's goal is to clean up the litter and educate our youth on solid waste management and hence Schuylkill County will be a better place in which to live and work Schuylkill County is, indeed, Pennsylvania's best kept secret. For those of us who live here, we treasure our responsibility to protect the environment that is Schuylkill County. SKIP coordinates with legislative, governmental and civic organizations throughout Schuylkill County to effect the growth of an environmental ethic among its residents.
