They are professional at the services they provide. I really like them.

I still have my internet even if my TV goes out because of the storm. The price is comparable. Anytime I make a call, it is real quick, and the quality is very fast.

They didn't charge anything. They provide us with a landline phone, and the TV is cable. I am happy with them, we are not leaving them. The service is good.

Wonderful! Very personable, checked to ensure everything was working correctly before leaving.

The phone representative was a little bit pushy and wanted to schedule the appointment even though I was uncertain on a date in my schedule.  It took a while (a few weeks) to get an appointment to start service, and then it was a dreaded 8am to 4 pm window.
The installer was very professional. He called prior to arrival (about 30 minutes) and he got everything hooked up and ensure that all was working.
The first 6 months were fairly flawless.  No major outages of cable/internet.  Was disappointed that the internet did not include ESPN on-line services (Watch ESPN, etc).  I received an introductionary rate that is up after 6 months.  Whether I continue with Armstrong will depend on how much the rate adjustment will be compared to other providers (Consolidated, DirectTV).

I am generally pretty happy with the internet service, though I'm not happy about the price increase. The speed is good enough for my purposes and I rarely have any problems with service cutting out or anything of that nature.

They are too expensive for what they provide in the way of stations. as they claim it is the station subscription cost that the networks charge them per subscriber.
