I am happy to welcome Angi customers to our customer family with a special discount. Since 1968 we have worked to bring beauty, elegance, form and function to thousands of customers. We design and build or install patios, walkways, retaining walls, plantings and trees, drain systems, stone work, and other things. We do projects both great and small. They are all important to you. With choosing me as your lawn care specialist, I provide a variety of services. Not only do I provide mowing, I also do edging your lawn, trimming, and mulching. I am also available to provide hard landscaping such as, but not limited to, paving. With each lawn that I service, it will be serviced as if it were my own backyard, it will never be left half asked. I have been doing lawn care work for roughly 5 years. It is something I enjoy and take pride in doing. This is an owner operated kind of business, so it will be just me doing your lawn.

Pavers and Hardscaping questions, answered by experts

The layer of polymeric sand under the pavers plus the polymeric sand that gets swept into the joints between your pavers holds them in place in a few ways. For one, the gritty texture of the sand helps lock the pavers together. Polymeric sand also contains bonding agents that get activated by water. Polymeric sand will take between 24 and 48 hours to fully cure, so do not walk on your paver walkway before this time.

Installation typically takes 3-7 days, depending on area size and design intricacy.

Most heated driveways last from 15 to 20 years with regular inspection, maintenance, and prompt repairs. In other words, a heated driveway lasts about the same length of time as a regular concrete or asphalt driveway. However, your paving material does affect the longevity of your heated driveway. For example, concrete driveways may crack due to temperature discrepancies caused by a hydronic system, which can reduce your driveway’s life expectancy.

The most obvious disadvantage of permeable paving is that the cost is typically higher compared to non-permeable concrete, pavers, or asphalt methods. Also, the porous material can get clogged with dirt and debris, requiring cleaning and power washing more frequently than standard paving materials and methods. Although permeable paving is not ideal for highways, airports, and other surfaces supporting heavy traffic and machinery, it is suitable for regular residential driveways.

Like brick, paver, and cobblestone driveways, resin driveways can have intricate patterns using different colors. Aggregates can be laid to create curves, shapes, letters, or numbers. When using custom colors or patterns, homeowners can expect to add an extra $2 to $6 per square foot to achieve their desired look.
