Although they arrived later than originally planned they stayed until the job was completed to our satisfaction. "Will Stahl from Stahl Mechanical called me the same day that I submitted my request for a pro. He came to my home for an estimate a few days later. He was knowledgeable about AC and electric, educating my husband and I regarding the different systems available, cost and efficiency. He and his 2 guys arrived the following week on time and finished the job in less time than estimated. Will was skillful, clean, respectful and friendly. He was genuinely concerned with the quality of his work and assisted us in setting the smart thermostat and returned upon request at no extra charge to adjust the vents to balance the air flow in all the upstairs bedrooms. My company was built on maintenance and repairs, with emergency services provided. Small new construction jobs are welcomed. Currently serving all of central PA

"He dug up the outdoor wiring in the ground. I only had half my power I had no heat, hot water or stove. Earth was rock/clay hard and he did it with a pick and shovel. Dug under 3 sidewalks and also was careful not to disturb other pipes and wirings including my neighbors. It took a week and a half. Weather was starting to get cold as well and he worked non stop. I finally got my power and he cleaned up the yard so good. Excellent worker and a pleasant person as well. His price was good. I am 73 and needed my heat and stove and water. I was using an elctric heater during this time. I am so greatful that he was so dedicated to his work."

FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"
