"Quick and professional. Quality work! Only negative was that there wasn't a "formal contract", however, the quote was clear so this didn't pose a big problem. Overall very satisfied :)"

"As a mobile home owner of decades, I know how difficult it can be to find someone familiar enough with the industry to trust my home to. CC&M is a wonderful company. They are professional, reasonable with pricing and schedules and they are able to offer in-house financing, which is sometimes necessary with mobile homes. Once my children were out in the world, I wanted some major renovations to my home. Mike came out, went over everything and discussed options. In the end, I contracted CC&M to remodel my kitchen, my bathroom, my hallway, my bedroom, add a master bath, add a new laundry/utility room, replace heat-tape and upgrade some of the electric. From beginning to end, Mike and his crews were amazing. They are attentive to detail and their work is exsquisite. I had never done renovations before, but CC&M made me very comfortable with the whole process. It's been a month and a half since the work was done, and I couldn't be happier. My friends and family compliment me as soon as they walk in. As far as I'm concerned, if you need work done, CC&M is the company to call. Thank you for bringing my home back to life. You guys are the best!!"

"I was extremely pleased with the courtesy and professionalism of the Handyman that came to my house. Not only were they conscious of cleanliness around their work area but involved me in the projects to get my opinion on how I wanted things done. I would highly recommend this service to anyone 🤩"

"Dale did an excellent job. He followed up with me and did exactly what I needed to have done. They came back the following day to remove the forms and cleaned up up all the gravel and dirt that they had dug out the day prior. Would use them again and recommend them. Great people!"

Epoxy Flooring questions, answered by experts

Unlike paint, concrete stain won’t peel off. Instead, the color absorbs into the surface of this porous building material. While it doesn’t peel, the stain only penetrates the top layer of concrete, and as the top of the concrete eventually wears away, so will the stain. However, this process is much slower than paint peeling, especially on low-traffic surfaces.

Options include epoxy, polyurethane, and acrylic for various uses.

You can paint over old paint on a concrete porch. For the best results, you should first clean the surface and remove as much paint as you can. A power washer is helpful here, but you’ll also want to scrape as much of the old paint away as possible. Then you should prime the porch before repainting it.

You primarily need to be concerned about the moisture level in concrete when you are dealing with a basement or other below-ground part of your house. If you find any indication of moisture in your subterranean space, consider calling in a professional for further testing and moisture control solutions.

It’s important to weigh the advantages and disadvantages of epoxy garage floor coatings. Consider the following pros and cons of this garage addition, including the following:

  • Increased visibility

  • Long lifespan

  • Low maintenance

  • Versatile appearance

Cons:

  • Strong odor when applying

  • Difficult to remove

  • Can be slippery

  • Possible bubbles and blisters

  • Temperature sensitive while curing
