Small jobs welcome

"Hunter Berkey is a very reliable, personable and professional young man. He came when he said he would, communicated with me throughout the project, and worked very hard. He was literally at our house from 7 am to 8 pm several days of the project (one night I had to turn on outside lights so he could see to finish up), and I later learned he then had an hour's drive home! We worked together to design a beautiful stamped concrete resurfacing of old, stained concrete around our pool. Please see the photo attached for the finished project (It actually looks better in person--more glossy!). I would definitely use him again for any masonry work."

"There was a lot of jobs in this job and took more than just one day. Every worker who arrived to work was polite, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Every job was completed  was done well. My daughter and I are very happy with all the jobs that were done. Michael Key was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. He is a "good guy."  Anytime I had a question, I was able to contact him and get answers. I would HIGHLY recommend CC&M to anyone who needs work done on Manufactured Homes. Michael Key is very easy to work with and was willing to work with me with finances."

Epoxy Flooring questions, answered by experts

There are many benefits to painting a garage floor, especially if you use an epoxy floor coating . In general, paint makes your garage easier to clean. Since concrete is porous, it tends to absorb things like dirt, grime, mildew, oil, and grease. Paint—specifically epoxy-based paint—creates a barrier that helps you easily mop up the mess before it stains or is difficult to remove.

Ensures durability and even application, enhancing both appearance and longevity.

The biggest downside of sealing concrete is that it needs to be resealed every few years. This routine maintenance can be laborious if you do it yourself and expensive if you hire a professional. Beyond that, sealing concrete can make the surface slippery, which can be dangerous with people with mobility issues, young children, or those with pools near their patios.

Epoxy coatings for concrete basement or garage floors are popular. These two-part resinous coatings are waterproof and highly durable, making them an ideal choice for high-traffic spaces or areas where spills are likely. However, epoxy flooring costs more to apply than concrete stains and doesn't produce a natural-looking finish.

To keep your stamped concrete surfaces shiny, experts recommend resealing them every two or three years. Regularly cleaning your stamped concrete (at least twice per year, as part of routine maintenance) is another way to increase its sheen. Also, if you notice any spills or leaks, you should clean your stamped concrete as soon as possible to preserve its shine and prevent long-term damage.
