"This is the second time I've turned to Mark for help in getting a home loan. The reason I'm a repeat customer is that Mark is great. I tend to run a little on the neurotic side, and Mark handled my constant badgering and near freak-outs with great finesse, providing just the right amount of hand-holding and straight-up advice. This time around, I bought my home through a private sale, meaning neither party used a realtor. So I needed even more attention and guidance. "We are so happy with the work of WilMarc Construction- we have had them do two major home remodels for us- both times, Willie came out and listened to our ideas and what we had in mind and then gave thoughts of his own (which were always better than ours) and the results were both beautiful and reasonable. Our first project was redoing a kitchen and we had thought an extension would be best and he came up with a more economical solution to combine a couple of rooms, change windows and location of the bathroom. He always did what he said he was going to do and didn't overcharge. Our last project was just finished- installing hardwood floors and redoing two upstairs bathrooms. When we started pricing out flooring at a couple of flooring places, we realized it would be better to ask Willie his opinion and get an estimate and we ended up doing two bathrooms as well as the floors and replacing the stairs--all things that needed to be done for a reasonable cost. I would recommend asking Willie his opinion on what your plan is and your choices, he has done a lot of projects and sees the final project so with regards to durability and beauty he can offer really helpful suggestions with material."

"Communication between owner and workman/foreman was poor. I felt like I had to inform the workman and find answers to questions via email on a regular basis. There was no walk through at the end or any contact from builder to make sure I was satisfied with the project completion. I had to contact them with the punch list. I did really like two of the vendors. . .the kitchen planner and the vendor that showed me faucets and garbage disposals. The electrician that was used was in a hurry when he came the first time to see what was needed. Not enough time to think through the logistics."
