"I will start off with the initial dealing with MHI Roofing in Bethel Park PA. Our Condo Community had all the roofs on 6 buildings of total 39 units re shingled in June of 2024 to the tune of nearly $140,000. They were fast and efficient. However, a few weeks down the road we had some issues with items that should have been done as requested. Called the Site Supervisor, Cam Kinnee, submitted the service request, and it took over a month to get this service done and completed. A few weeks later, we had heavy winds and a flue cap blow off, mind you, these flue caps were original from 1974 and were in horrible shape. They should have been replaced, but MHI just painted the old ones. So, I contact Cam Kinnee again, he schedules service, this took another month to get this taken care of, or so I thought. Fast forward to January 2025, some winds blew another flue cap off, I contacted Cam Kinnee once more, he was unable to do anything, as he was in a training class. During my wait for him to return my message from Jan 22, 2025 to Feb 3, 2025. Still not service on the first flue cap by the way!... March 11, 2025 another flue cap on another unit had blown off. I contacted Cam once again, he said he would let his office know. I get a response from Cam informing me that he no longer works for MHI Roofing. Since then I have called MHI numbers about 20 times at MHI Office in Mt Lebanon, I have left messages, no returned calls, no one answers the phone... I am so frustrated with MHI. If you plan to use this company... Please reconsider... Once they have your money they do not service their work! Very disappointed! BEWARE OF MHI!!"

The owner and his workers did great work on about 5 different areas of our house, ranging from holes that had been punched into walls from previous electrical work, damage that had been done during storms and leaking gutters, and cracks in some rooms due to subsidence. In each case, the work was done professionally and completely, addressing the issues and leaving each area looking like new. The employees were very experienced and skilled, making some difficult repair situations look amazing. They treated our home like their own, even repairing some minor issues they spotted that were not initially requested. We were very pleased with the work that they performed in our home."

"We had aggressive wasps around our home and pool. Initially they came out listened to our issue and treated it in a professional manner removing several nests. We paid the higher price that came with a guarantee that if they came back they would promptly remove them again. I called the second time expecting the same level of concern and professionalism that is far from what occurred.A guy came out barely spoke, refusing to listen got out some spray , spoke very rudely was here a total of 5 minutes sat in his truck in our driveway for another 10-15 minutes and then left, we received no paperwork or feedback whatsoever. If I need this type of remediation next year I will definitely not use this company! It is difficult for me to leave a negative review because I am a small business owner and I understand the challenges but I also understand treating people and customers correctly. "
