We have been in business for more than 10 years, and prior to that I grew up working in a family business. During that time I have had the opportunity to plan, manage and work on many different kinds of projects. This has given me experience in a lot of different trades and allows our business to be versatile. So whether you need some small handyman projects done around the house or are looking for a complete renovation we can help. Regardless of the size of project our goal is quality work that both we and the customer will be proud of. We realize that hiring a contractor you don't know to work in your home can be intimidating even a little scary. Especially if its going to be an expensive or lengthy project. That's why we do a lot of small projects and repairs for our customers. This allows us to build relationships and trust with our customers slowly. Then when they do need bigger projects done they feel confident in hiring us to do them. It allows our work to speak for itself.

At first I hired ACM, Inc. to install a new sliding glass door. When I saw how professional the work was I asked Jared to do a full master bathroom remodel among other home improvements. There is nothing Jared doesnâ t do well. He has a great eye for design and is a perfectionist in his work. He included me in all decisions and helped me think through choices. I will definitely use ACM again and have already referred him to a friend for her bathroom remodel.

Jared said that he would come back and finish the job that he had started. He said he was unable to do the job, but if I had the concrete work done by another contractor he would come back and finish. He was paid in full and signed a paper indicating that he had been paid in full and would do the work. I have tried to reach him by phone many times and cannot reach him. $1200 was paid in Sept. 2017.

"Unfortunately you can't make everybody happy. Gail was to contact me once the concrete work was completed. She did so in late August 2018. I was out of the office for a couple weeks when she called and was not able to get back to her for a couple weeks. Before I could call her back she posted this review and left me several threatening voicemails. Despite this I called her back scheduled and completed the work as agreed on October 18. She told me she had only posted the negative review because she got scared I would not return to do he work. I apologized for not being able to return her call sooner. Her review makes it seem like I disappeared for an entire year when in reality she didn't call me back until late August 2018. Only about 2 weeks went by from when she contacted me and I got back and returned her call. I tried to contact her to see what else I can do but have not heard from her. Oh well what can you do? This is the first negative review in almost 10 years with Home Advisor, hopefully the positive ones will overshadow this one. I asked Home Advisor to remove the review based on proof I sent in the form of before and after pictures of work, a copy of the original contract etc. I was told it was her opinion and that I should just try to get other positive reviews to move this one down the list. Doesn't seem fair that someone can make accusations without proof, that can ruin a hard earned reputation, but you can't disprove them with evidence."

Jared is the ultimate professional. Extremely knowledgeable in his craft which shows in the quality of his workmanship. We originally hired him to stain our deck, was so impressed we continued to use his services to renovate 2 bathrooms and various other fix it projects. He actually went beyond our expectations. Not only did Jared Anderson fix my crawls pace issue quickly, he also helped me disassemble my moms chairlift. The chairlift was not a part of the original work order but when I was struggling on my own Jared was kind enough to help. I am going to use him for other jobs to fix up my moms house

They did a great job with the installation of the wood floors and tile. Great guys to work with. They showed up on time, communicated well, consistently made sure we were happy with the work being done. They job came in on time with no surprises. I've recommended ACM to several co-workers and plan to work with them again on a few other projects.

Jared is an excellent craftsman. he was the only one of several carpenters who was able to come up with a solution to a difficult woodwork rehab probelm. He was courteous, professional, prompt and right on with his estimate of the time the work would take.. The results of the work fare exceeded my expectations for results and appearance.

We had Brazilian Cherry Solid Hardwood floor installed by Jared (of Anderson Construction & Maintenance, Inc.). He originally came to our home, measured and provided us with an estimate. He was very informative, and gave us all of our options. He did a great job on the installation. He perfectly leveled our wavy sub floor. The result is a beautiful floor throughout four rooms of our home. The work he did around the brick fireplace was great. He came in on budget and on time.
