The date was promised via word of mouth (but never transferred to the contract) and told I'd be notified if anything changed. Needless to say I missed 1½ days of work waiting for the crew to show up. When I called, they assured me the VP would call to resolve the issue. It's been 17 days (and counting) so far and haven't had any kind of follow-up. Pleased with the work, extremely disappointed with the communication."

It is very evident from Troy and his crew’s overall demeanor that they enjoy what they do and do it VERY well!!!!!
