Everstone Floors of NEPA

Brandon came and gave us an estimate for our basement floor. He was thorough, knowledgable, and personable. It was a pleasure dealing with him. We are in the Lewistown, PA area, and we look forward to getting our epoxy floor this summer!

John answered all of our questions and brought a product that worked well for our deeply cracked concrete patio

Shannon was just here and spent over an hour with us going over samples and explaining their install process in great detail. She is a wonderful asset to the company and we are very excited to get this done! Update: After the floor was installed we noticed immediately it was not done correctly. The epoxy never fully cured. The floor was soft and “gummy “. Any weight over about 200 lbs would create mushroom/craters in the floor. We contacted the local branch (Schuykil Haven). We explained everything in detail and the manager there responded in a rude and condescending manor that “this is a decorative finish and not meant for heavy use”. Despite the fact their literature and Shannon both claimed a 10,000psi compression strength which our floor clearly did not possess. We elevated our concerns the the main office where they promised to make it right and a crew would be out. Weeks went by….no crew. Another call to the main office and now they stated it was our fault for parking a 250lb motorcycle on the floor. I again explained this was well under the rated 10,000 psi rating and basically was told “sorry. We’re not fixing it”. After threatening a lawsuit we finally had them return to fix the damaged areas. Honest the whole floor should have been redone. The installers who came to fix the floor agreed the mixture was wrong for it not to cure properly. WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I recently had my garage floor done and what a wonderful experience it was from start to finish! During my initial consultation with Patrick Ryan, I explained what I wanted done with the floor, as well as possibly installing shelves. Patrick took his time in providing detail on the epoxy process and guarantee, as well as, shelving questions. I appreciated the wide selection of floor coloring and Patrick's input when asked. It was great working with Christy, who was always pleasant and available for any questions. She also made sure I understood the importance of allowing the floor to completely dry before walking on it...she appreciated the cost and wanted to make sure that all necessary details were covered to have a perfect floor! I was very impressed with the techs who installed the epoxy because when they were done, I had a beautiful garage floor and left immaculate .. no debris or need for me to sweep anything left behind. The guys who installed the shelves were professional and patient who gave me the benefit of their experience of the best scenario for shelving. In a day and age where excellent customer service can be hard to come by, I found everyone at Epoxy Floor to be pleasant, professional and dedicated to customer satisfaction.

Similar to lady from Lititz. Epoxy/stone coating on pool deck. Anchors for cover do not hold. Stone started coming off right away. Was told that another coat of sealer would turn it yellow. Last year when we complained were told â  you and everyone elseâ  . No solution offered. This year was admonished for not power washing and having it resealed. So much is coming off, power washing would remove the rest! Accused of fabricating previous calls. That was April or May. Sent pics and no response. Canâ  t believe they are still n business!

Do not expect them to honor the warranty. There is nothing in the contract that says I have to power wash it or have it sealed every three years. So their excuse is I did not maintain the stone covering. There are pieces of the stone falling off the ends of the steps. There are cracks in the stones. But yet there is a 20 year warranty.

They have not refund my money in a timely manner.

Was very pleased with the finished product. Had some scheduling problems.

They showed up 5 weeks after their estimated start date. Secretary never put someone on the phone who could let me know when they might be out during my two calls to them. Workers then pulled the paint off my walls with the tape they put on to protect the walls and never even told me. Joel the salesman was the only one who took my calls and was helpful.

Everything looks great. The proof will be how well the floor holds up over time.

Professional and courteous crew, great quality product!

They were thorough, but expensive. My only suggestion for future customers is to wipe down the woodwork when the job is done. We had the same flooring done in a rental unit and the woodwork being cleaned was a bonus to a job well done!

We are glad we selected Everstone to do our new garage floor. The garage is large ( 42x38) so there was a lot of floor to cover. It was a 2 day job but the quality of Everstone is fantastic. The crew was very professional and I would rate them over most of the other EPOXY type floor installers.

Sales pitch is aggressive and over priced. Gimmicks are used to make you think your getting a discount, when in fact, discounted price is still about $2/sg ft higher than competitors. Work quality was adequate.

The men doing the job were very nice and answered my questions and took there time to make sure the job was done right. The garage floor looks great. Would recommend them for this kind of job.
