However, much of the affected area is filled with stones and sparsely grown grass or with ruts from the equipment. Jason works and talks fast. If you are going to use him, make sure you spell out what you want and that he understands what you want. Otherwise, he will leave the cleanup work not even half done. My yard is a mess. I will have to spend hundreds of dollars for soil and seed and many hours of work picking up and raking stones, spreading and leveling soil. These are things that should have been done according to the contract. When I asked him about this, he simply said sorry and that it was my fault and not his."
