He did recommend a high water sensor which said I could pick up myself and did recommend a dehumidifier as we did have a bit higher humidity. He answered all of our questions and we even walked around outside as he saw a couple spot inside with a little dampness and gave us some tips and things to keep an eye on. Best part is I was educated on how the pump works and what to do in the event of an issue and had peace of mind knowing that when it does go, the first pump replacement was covered so the money I spent for the checkup was worth it"

"I had drainage issues on my property created when the gas company replaced a large transmission line passing through my property. Several landscape companies I contacted, wanted to bring in heavy equipment to dig trenches ( fill with gravel and drain pipe) to dry up the area and route the water to the woods. Because the trenches would be very close to trees and their roots, I was very concerned about the damage digging with heavy equipment would do to the roots.  Rick Page was the only company to offer hand digging the trenches. From his recommended approach, I could tell that Rick had a solid understanding my concerns. Rick started the project when he said he would, and finished it on time, There was no damage to the yard other than where he dug the trenches. The finish work was outstanding, fresh dirt was brought in to cover the trenches and spread out, seeded and manure was spread over it. When the work was complete, Ricks crew clean up throughly after themselves, even hosing down the area on the driveway that was used to stage the gravel and dirt. A  couple of days after the project was complete, I noticed that there was still a wet spot about 3 feet in diameter. I called Rick and he came out two days later and fixed the problem. Great response and great looking project. Now 2 weeks after the project was completed, the grass has grown in, the ground is dry and I?m one happy customer.
