When I inquired I heard back right away and Linda provided me with great info. She was very responsive without being aggressive. She set up a convenient time for me and came to show samples. I immediately decided to go with Supertint and she booked me in a very reasonable time. Dustin and Chad came out and were fast, clean, knowledgeable, and polite. The windows look great and I am really kicking myself for not knowing about this option years ago. All appointments were kept, everyone always showed up on time - I'm not really sure what more I could ask for. I would absolutely hire them again and have already spread the word to some friends. "Tom's attention to detail is remarkable.  They  removed all the carpeting in the areas, disposed of it and moved all my furniture into the garage.  They sanded the floors and stairways and paid meticulous attention to filling all the holes left from the carpeting staples and tack strips. After all the sanding was done  they started the painting. There were problems with gaps on the steps because of the age of the house, and Tom and Nate took the time to correct all the issues.  The stairway looks brand new!  I wanted a detailed paint job on the railing and Tom was very  diligent in his work, paying great attention to detail.  After all the work was done, they carefully moved the furniture back into the house.  I am so happy I found a company I can count on.  They were very punctual and Nate kept in touch checking to see if I was happy with the work.   ... Update.  After checking some things out  I did notice that some of the painting was incomplete, some of the baseboards were not sanded and were painted over and look very rough.   I will take partial blame for this as I should have checked things out better before they left. Also, the garage was not cleaned out from all the debris they left, lots of nails left on the garage floor.  Again I should have checked before they left. There was a young helper and it was apparent  he needed to be instructed on what to do.  I will continue to use this company again, I'll just be a little more vigilant. "

"His name is Rod. He is fine but the guy he has used for years, the contractor Les. I talked to Rod and somebody was supposed to come out but after 3 phone calls nobody got a hold of me so I just quit calling. Nothing major but I spent a lot of money. I was just a little disappointed because Rod was pretty good. It was minor like my door is sticking and I can't figure out what the problem is. And then I had some windows that were slipping down and Rod said Les would be getting a hold of me but he never did. I have an old house and they really messed up my window frames on a couple windows because they are all wood. If he had said you know these window frames are old and this may happen but he didn't. I was really surprised when I walked around and said hey my windows are messed up, he just looked at me like I was crazy. Not all of them, just a couple. I did shop around for windows at different places and the other places were outrageous. Rod told me they had a special going on so I got the next better grade up. Even if Les had called me back and said hey I'm not going to be coming back out. OK Now Rod called me back all the time and he suggested some things that I never thought of. Like shutters for the second floor. I liked his creative because he suggested different paint and things. Rod's professionalism was an A but Les I would give a C."

"We had a lot of exterior upgrading done - leaky roof, new windows in the upper floor to replace old ones with irreparable condensation, old leaky patio with rusty supports. This company deserves its "exceptional" name! The roof was completed in one day by a team of six workers. The six upper floor windows were done in two days by a team of two. Siding was completed in three days by a single expert worker. Completely new porch was done in four days ."
