We are a full service, owner operated, remodeling company and builder. We do both interior and exterior work, from basement to attic, decks and additions or garages if you need more room. We will work with you to design kitchens, baths, basements, remove walls, add walls, windows, doors, living areas, and/or bedrooms. We do all our own floors, drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, Hvac, and more.

"The outcome was great! We love the new basement. There were a few minor glitches along the way and the job took a few weeks longer than was expected. Nothing that isn't expected with a major remodel project, however. The staff and construction crew were great! They were easy to communicate with, very responsive with any questions and quick to offer solutions to any concerns. I would rehire them and have referred them to others looking to complete remodel projects, but always let them know the project might take a bit longer than expected."

We always encourage communication as we schedule weekly meetings throughout your project. We do this so the project stays on track and all details are given our full attention.
"I am so happy that we found Krain Construction. Brian and his crew really brought our vision to life. We wanted to build 2 stories on top of an already existing foundation that only had a roof on it. We had a hard time finding someone to do it but Brian had no hesitation. He drew up a floor plan and we loved it. His crew built the new frame for our house, did the siding, doors, windows, decks, gutters, hvac. My husband and I are going to do the interior part of the house. If we had any issues we could easily text Brian and he would resolve them quickly. If we had any last minute changes, he would work with us. Very personable and professional. If we ever needed anything else done I would use them again and I would recommend to anyone needing a remodel. I will post some pictures of how our house started and how it is now that they’re done."

Typically, a set of construction documents requires only one on-site visit to gather on-site environmental and existing building conditions. We find communication on most projects, whether local or distant, is usually completed via phone and internet. There exists a triad between 3 major project aspects as quality, time and cost. A successful project requires a balance of the three. A well detailed set of construction documents will allow contractors to bid on the same "scope of work," competitively, thereby saving time and money. Our documents solve thousands of questions and become the basis of a solid legal contract.
