"After I got 5 estimates, 3 for Asphalt shingles, 2 for Metal roofing I decided to go with First Choice because Dave explained exactly what he planned to do. The other contractor wanted to install the metal roof over the exiting Shingles even after I explained that I suspected that some wood decking was damaged and needed to be replaced.
