I sent them an email about our situation and they didn't respond. They didn't install the gutters properly. One was bowed in the middle, a water was pooling there. Another didn't have enough pitch. The installer didn't speak English, getting rework was impossible. They also just cut the old hangers, leaving holes that should have been caulked. Absolutely unacceptable contractor.

Left a lots of nails around property. Have a young daughter who plays in yard and I used a magnet to pick up well over 100 nails from perimeter of house. They did knock money off the cost for my effort, but if I didn?t go pick up the nails myself, there is a good chance one of us would have stepped on one before realizing something needed to be done.
