"I originally found Mark on Angie's List, with all the great reviews, I had to check him out. I am a first time home buyer and Mark helped me with weighing my options with FHA or Conventional. We ended up going conventional with 5% down, which saved us a lot of money.
I had another quote from another Mortgage lender, which I shared with Mark. I also told Mark we have 30 days to close, so he definitely had his work cut out for him. Mark ended up winning the job, he got me the best rate and cheapest closing costs. He also promised me 30 days closing, which I was very happy he was able to do. Everything went smoothly, and he was quick to pick up the phone and give me advice throughout the whole process. He was very upfront with everything, all of the costs were outlined and there were NO hidden fees at the closing table.
