"Needed general home renovation(no category for that on Home Advisor Website.)Recommended to me by a friend who is a real estate developer, Gino and Sebastian completed a substantial home renovation over a 4-month period. The work included?but wasn?t limited to?full interior painting, installation of new wood flooring, a complete kitchen renovation, full and partial bathroom remodels, new interior doors (installed and painted), fireplace repairs, deck repairs and repainting, installation of a wood fence with concrete footers, and an advanced epoxy coating applied to the garage floor. They also took on many smaller tasks at my request, all handled with care. Completely reliable. Gino and Sebastian were meticulous, customer-focused, and a pleasure to work with.I had dreaded the experience of working with contractors, but I couldn?t be happier with the outcome. "Buyer beware! I have been reaching out to Matt and his company about the job he never finished or fixed for over a year now. I?ve reached out through text, phone calls and email and he just ignores me. About a week after he claimed to be finished the job the stamped concrete he put down started cracking and chipping all over. The stain he put down also started lifting off the concrete. He never cleaned the stain or concrete off my pool liner, fence or lamp posts. When I initially reached out about the cracks and other various issues he asked for pictures and said he would come out to redo the concrete pads with all the problems and fix the other issues. He set a date to come but then when that date would come near and I?d confirm he was coming out he would cancel and reschedule for various reasons such as poor weather causing him to be behind on jobs, multiple employees quitting or not having the appropriate tools available to do the job. At this point legal action is my next course."

"My wife and I just had Oakland give us a quote, plan and then install, pour, a 8.5 cubic yard patio after removing the trex deck that it was time to retire around our inground pool. After removal of the deck it was discovered that there was electrical work that needed to be rerun to our pool pump house and a Jacuzzi we were replacing. This they had no problem incorporating into the job without batting an eye. Communication was good. And from the plan, to scheduling, to actually accomplishing the task, considering the bad weather we were having, everything was done professionally, and on time in spite of whatever obstacles were thrown in the way. The crew was professional and courteous, and went out of their way to protect all that was necessary around what they were doing. They went out of their way to meticulously clean up the job and ensure everything was to our complete satisfaction before calling it done. All was done in a timely manner in spite of the atrocious weather they had to work around and through in getting it finished. My wife and I could not be happier with the job, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have concrete work done for any reason."
