"Carpets were approx 3 years old and started to wrinkle a month after we moved in. Chose Stretchmaster based on excellent Angi reviews. I called to schedule on a Wednesday and Jeff and Adam were able to come the next day (after working hours to accommodate my schedule). They were in and out in an hour, it was all very impressive. They demo'd their invention and barely had to move any furniture. They were neat and organized. Our carpets look great. I will say the price was a little higher than I expected (our rooms are very small), but, the lifetime stretch warranty made it worth it and it was a no brainer to have them complete the job. No regrets!"

They moved all the furniture and as they did the rug, I was thrilled to see that the rug was beginning to look BRAND NEW!! Rob asked us to come look at it periodically, and we were so impressed! "He cleaned two rooms (I paid for three). He said he couldn't do steps, that was extra. Charged me for ScotchGuard for carpet. He was in and out in 30 minutes, but the carpet didn't look any better. I asked him if he could clean under the couch and armoire, he advised against it stating the furniture would leave dark patches on the wet carpet."
