They explained the plan and then proceeded to implement. My couch looks like I had just bought it after they were finished. Not a crumb or dog hair to be seen. 😀 They then cleaned the carpet. It looks like new, I don't even want to walk on it. By the time they left, the upholstery was dry and the carpet was almost there. I am so pleased with the job they did and they were so courteous and helpful. "Craig and Sherrie arrived within a half an hour of our appointment. They came with their equipment and set everything up quickly. I wasn’t very optimistic about them getting out some rather bad stains in our carpets but were amazed to see all of the stains gone when they were done! They spot treated everything initially and then steam cleaned a wool carpet & 2 nylon carpets in three rooms in our home. They were diligent in trying to get my stains out!
