"We moved about an hour away. We had moved a lot of the small stuff so we used Moving Ahead Services for the heavy stuff like an Elliptical machine, glass table, and washer and dryer. When I first met them to introduce them to the job and get a bid, they indicated that they love painting and restoring old houses. Their work reflects that love. Soon after we met, they emailed me a contract. We met again to confirm colors. There was a delay because of the spring weather, but once the rain cleared, they power washed the house, and then got started the next week and didn't stop until the job was complete. There was quite a bit of scraping, caulking, and even replacing of some shingles. They brushed on the stain for the best and longest lasting result. Despite all the work, they completed the job in about 8 days and the result is fantastic. 
Their crew seemed equally careful, polite, and hardworking. Despite all the activity and workers on the property, they cleaned up every night, even shop vacuuming all the paint chips from the ground and porch roofs when they were done. 
The house has been restored to its former beauty and I am extremely pleased and satisfied with their work. "
