NexGen worked closely with our insurance company ensuring we received all of the compensation we needed and were due. We have had NexGen replace doors at the house as well and have been very pleased with the responsiveness, expertise, efficiency, workmanship & personalized care afforded by all of the folks working there. My favorite part was the communication between myself and Jessica, who was readily available by phone and text, which made it extremely easy to coordinate things and get my questions answered. She also worked with me on the financing aspect, which I appreciated. The crew did a great job and cleaned up well. The project manager, Danny, was also very helpful - he informed me that my chimney needed work and got me immediately hooked up with a mason they often work with. He also helped out when a fuse got blown in the house while they were doing work. Overall a great experience, and they have some of the most competitive pricing as well. Highly recommend! "
