"I wouldn’t be writing this Review if one thing would have happened, TALK TO ME. Don’t place the answering service in the position of telling a Customer that the Supervisor has left for the day at 2.45p on a Thursday. Especially when the Horizon repairman had just fried our whole cooling system, including the thermostat!! What started with a bad fan motor in a new AC system that was only 3.5 years old in a $10,000 system, for which we had waited 4 days for the new motor to be installed. Add to that the fact that the repairman told me he would be at our home at 8.30a and didn’t arrive until 11.30a - after having to use a vacation day to wait at home for them to arrive. Then telling me this will be ‘quick’ all I have to do is switch out the motor by mounting it and plugging in the new one. Hours went by, nothing. He comes in to test the thermostat and it is non-responsive. He tells me to get new batteries, which I did. Then asks me, “these are new?” To which I say, ‘of course’ - you watched me take them out of the box. Then he goes out to his truck for the next 1.5hrs, supposedly speaks with his Supervisor and comes in and tells me that he has fried the system. I reply by saying I will be calling a senior person to speak with them. Called 4 times and never spoke with anyone. Each time I waited on hold for an extended period of time. Each time, I was then told by the answering service that someone would call and never did. Then at 2.45p I am told “everyone has left for the day” and no one would be calling. This was a Thursday, I had been home all day and no one would speak with me. We remain without an AC system, no plan, no calls - - nothing!!! If I could rate them a ZERO, I would,"

His name is Joe and he did a great job servicing my machine. He arrived on time and went right to work. He changed the oil and oil filter, put in a new battery, adjusted the valves, put in a new air filter, and even cleaned the top of the generator. All this while i looked over his shoulder and asked questions, lots of questions. I am impressed with Mr. Joe. He is very knowledgeable about your products, well spoken, and easy to talk to. "Hired them through Select Home Warranty. Told me I had to pay for additional parts not covered by the warranty. Nearly three months later, after paying for the parts, they still tell me that they are waiting for the parts. I think they are lying. I am filing a complaint with the Attorney General's Office and contacting 6ABC consumer help. Might even get my niece involved at this point. And yes she is a lawyer and a Consumer Protection Lawyer at that. This would be right up her alley...stay away from these guys. They take your money, promise to call but never do and leave you hanging. "

They also replaced the Matter Base, labeled all the circuits, replaced and installed GFCI, installed 5 new fixes and 2 ceiling fans, added outlets inside and in the garage, and fixed bad wiring in a few places from previous owners."
