Furnace malfunction after newly installed back up electric generator activated after an outage. Shane came 12/6 and Mario on Xmas Eve. Mario came twice until the system was producing on one of the coldest day of the year! Both Shane and Mario are competent, honest, and go out of their way to help you and get the job done.

If I could give them an A+ I would. Mario and his team have always been fantastic. In January 2018 we had a pipe burst issue on New Years Day and he and his team came out and did a fantastic job. Today we woke up to the relief valve dumping out water and he came out and fixed everything quickly. They are the only people I trust with my boiler.

Called him since my AC unit could not keep temp at 75 and running constantly. Spoke to Kim the secretary, she sent his partner Shane who looked at my unit for about a hour and said I have a air flow problem and it was a bad job on the install from Munro HVAC. He told me to get some insulation to put around the unit then have Mario run new duct work which should take a couple hours at $135 a hour. I got insulation and put it where he said which did not work. I called back and told Shane this and he said it was a hack job on the install and he can come look at it again for another $135. I called Munroe HVAC who installed it which came the following day added freon and looked over the unit for $65 and everything has been fine. I called Mario to speak with him and Kim the secretary answered and said she would have him call me since I wanted to talk to him about Shane's poor expensive service a couple times now for a week and he will not return my call. They call when they are going to come for service to get paid and not call when there is a problem with there service and try to get unnecessary expensive work done that is not needed to charge more money. I would definitely not recommend this business.

I thought it went well until a realized the duct that was removed was not REPLACED! This work was done in a crawl space so I couldn't "look" at it. That was on Jan 6th 2020. Cannot get a return call. Guess I was scammed and out $700! The secretary Kim can't seem to help- she like smoke screen. Do not use this guy!!!

We called Mario to have our air conditioner unit so a contractor could dig. It was New Year's Eve and he came right away. We had a bad sewage block and he stayed with me an extra hour and helped me get the best deal I could with the plumber. He had previous experience with plumbing work so he talked to me about what the plumber would be doing and made sure I wasn't getting scammed. He does great, fast work and is incredibly helpful and professional.

My heater just broke, it just wouldn't come on. He went through, did a full diagnostic and found out it was my thermostat of all things. So it was a much easier fix than we thought. In general, he has also done maintenance on my machines. His service is professional. I've had two or three different guys out there, two of them emergency calls and they've been there right away. I had one in the summer and one in the winter. One time he was delayed because they were so backed up, but he called two or three times to say, "I'm still coming." He came when it was dark. He is a good guy.

Great quality work. Reasonably priced, especially compared to competitors - the large companies in particular. Mario did not simply sell the highest priced systems - he made recommendations based on what he thought was best for our house and budget.
