"Fabiano and his team were great. They were very understanding about our anxious rescue dog and let us Introduce them to our dog before they began work. They were always on time or early and finished the project sooner than anticipated. There were a couple things we wanted fixed or adjusted when they finished and Fabiano fixed them no problem. The finished molding looks stunning. would definitely hire again!"

"We are thrilled with the renovation of our basement. Dan, the project manager, organized and oversaw the subcontractors so that no time was lost during the renovation. We were amazed that a project of this size was completed in 4 weeks given that they had to demolish an existing basement from the 1970s. Mario, the main carpenter, was pleasant, a talented and hard worker ,and could picture and execute solutions to complicated design issues posed by the existing systems of our house. We love the outcome which is peaceful and harmonious. The quality of all the materials used was excellent and ideal for a basement. We would highly recommend Lux Renovations."

"Our upstairs hallway bathroom was in desperate need of a refresher so we reached out to Bob. Bob came over and discussed with us some design ideas along with estimates of cost and we were able to agree on a design that was within our budget (no pressure or upsell from Bob!). Bob and his crew were able to start the project within our desired timeframe and completed the remodel within the estimated length he gave us. Bob was communicative on what he and the crew planned to do each day and we saw the results of the plan each night! The crew was very friendly and cleaned up after themselves each day! I felt comfortable having them in my house while I was at home with my young children. But most importantly we were thoroughly impressed with Bob and the crew’s work and how the bathroom turned out- and right on budget! We couldn’t be happier with our new bathroom and can’t wait to have Nesspor Construction come back to work on our primary bathroom!"

"All of the crew carried themselves professionally. They were very reliable and timely, ways on time or early. The owner (Dean) really worked with us to plan out how to remodel our bathroom and get the best bang for our buck. I was also very impressed with how well the crew cleaned up after themselves. The work was well done and completed on time. Their office manager was always available and very helpful if we had questions with any of the paper work / permits. I would not hesitate in recommending them to a friend."
