We were so glad we chose Berks Commercial Renovations Ltd. as our general contractor. They were great at coordinating the trades for our complicated "gut" renovation of a 100 year old building. The finished product is absolutely stunning! I want to recognize the individual efforts of the Berks Commercial Renovations team. I truly could not have done this without them. Dean Moise provided his extensive construction expertise and insight towards the design of the historical structure. Courtney Brumbach excelled at sourcing the materials for the job, coordinating schedules, meeting subs even on the weekends, and offering suggestions for the design. Andy, the foreman, helped develop solutions to situations encountered with a hundred year old building. He persevered through one of the hottest summers on record and did excellent construction work across a wide variety of trades. Chris was a very talented painter. Our collaboration with the team produced the outstanding result. I’m grateful they accepted this challenging assignment! I would highly recommend them as a general contractor.

We are very pleased with our bathroom. It is beautiful!! We had multiple problems with our bathroom. Dean came out to assess our needs and when we went for the consultation he came up with a plan to fix them all and he did!! Dean was onsite almost everyday to ensure everything was being done properly and going according to the timeframe. Communication from start to finish was excellent! Partial Bathroom Renovation: The owner set a date to review our project immediately upon contact. Within three days we were in the office reviewing a written proposal, design plan, and viewing floor selections, cabinet colors and styles, and lights. The owner is very knowledgeable and his suggestions are thought out. We requested a "partial" renovation, and he was more than willing to work with us. Two other firms we contacted in Berks Co.: one wouldn't even consider a partial renovation; the other came to view our project and never submitted a proposal or got back to us. Berks Commercial Renovations - The quality of the products is above and beyond our expectations. I also appreciated the level of professionalism throughout. As ideas were brought to us that may incur additional expense (based on our choices), this was handled seamlessly. We knew exactly where our project was and the cost. The employees are dedicated, hard working and want to please. It's a pleasure communicating with the upbeat office manager. The end result is a dramatic upgrade to our 27 year old home.

Our family is EXTREMELY satisfied with our newly renovated kitchen and first floor! From the searching and planning stages, Berks Commercial Renovations, LTD., was our FIRST AND ONLY CHOICE. Courtney Brumback, the office manager/development coordinator was highly professional with ensuring phone calls were made in timely manners and emails were sent notifying my husband and I of the initial consultation with Dean Moise, our Project Manager. Both my husband and I were excited, but at the same time we were extremely nervous because we had never undertaken a project like this before. The evening of our initial meeting went very well. We laid out our intentions, and with that being said, we also said to Dean "As you look around our kitchen, now you can see why you are here!" Dean was highly professional and attention to detail, we knew we were in good hands. He was not pushy or rushing us into anything, which made us both very comfortable! The next appointment, Dean had numerous catalogs of cabinets and appliances for us to go through! Then the time came for the tile for the backsplash, and counters was way over our heads! My husband and I initially picked out countertops that we thought would look great! Dean agreed to it at first, and then the next appointment, with his vast knowledge showed us another countertop slab and we were hooked! Every suggestion that Dean came up with to ensure our renovation went well was right on point! A TRUE EXPERT in every sense of the word! Once we agreed on the cabinets, appliances, flooring, painting, etc. We signed the contract! Now we were on our way! I thought that was it, but Dean made suggestions for painting the family room, dining room, foyer, and stairway area to bring out the kitchen. Dean and Courtney picked out drapes that just enhanced the color scheme that made it much nicer! Down to the cabinet handles, doorknobs, etc,, Dean ensured they were the very best! Courtney sent us a detailed, step-by-step email, stating our projects start date and exactly what was going to be happening! Her attention to detail was remarkable! We were told that Christian was going to be our foreman. Dean expressed that he is one of the best that we have! Well, guess what, yep you guessed it, Dean was right! Christian and Stelien, his helper, they made a dreary room into a showcase kitchen! When I was going to be hospitalized, I reached out to Courtney to let her know that my husband would not endure extra stress, and Courtney made me feel relaxed and ensured our project would go on as scheduled and not to worry, everything is going to be just fine! My husband had no added stress with me gone and our project was completed! When we did our final walk through, I was expecting an in and out meeting. We went over everything, leaving no stone unturned. All we can say is we have NO REGRETS, BERKS COMMERCIAL RENOVATIONS LTD. IS THE ONLY CHOICE FOR RENOVATIONS! We are thrilled about our newly remodeled kitchen in our almost 40 year old home. I was excited to be making our annual Thanksgiving dinner for 20 plus family members in my newly created space. Dean had great suggestions and was willing to accept some of ours as well. He explained each step of the process, and Courtney was very pleasant and efficient every time we talked. Christian, our assigned carpenter, was prompt, pleasant, excellent at his profession, and always cleaned up at the end of each day. Dean would check in often on the progress and our satisfaction. We have no regrets at choosing BCR for our new look.

I just had an extensive 3 month remodeling project completed inside and outside on a brick home that was built in 1905. As you can imagine, a 109 yr old house needed a lot of help and was transformed back into a very classy home. We used Berks Commercial to construct a closet and covered porch on the side/rear of our brick row house in Phoenixville. The project proposal was very thorough and the estimate was reasonable. The crew was friendly and professional and completed the job in a timely manner. Great attention to detail. Very happy with this project and will definitely use BCR again!

We contracted Berks Commercial to renovate our only home bathroom. They were extremely professional from the estimate through to the end of the project. They were extemely helpful (and patient) with us since we had never had a project done like this before. The crew was on time and worked through the whole day. Since we only had the one bathroom, they were extremely accomodating by making sure we had "facilities" each evening when they were done. The final product was exactly what we expected. Only one problem was discovered after the project was finished (the caulking didn't set right) and the company immediately had someone fix it.
