"My rug came back damp. Upsold rug pad then delivered a lower quality one. I had to prop my hand-made carpet up and use fans to thoroughly dry my carpet. Every professional rug cleaner knows the carpet needs to be thoroughly dried or the carpet will start to deteriorate. It also smelled musky when they returned it. "The owners were very nice and showed up on time. They were the least expensive of all our estimates. I purchased a one time deep cleaning (spring cleaning). The house was very much cleaner after they left than before they came but i was a little disapointed in that there were some things that were missed or not cleaned as well as I thought they should have been. They offered for me to look at he job and fix anything that I wasn't satisfied with but I did not take them up on that offer and just assumed it would be right. Well it wasn't quite as good as I had hoped and later I discovered they missed a small 1/2 bath on our first floor. If I would have inspected the job I am sure they would have fixed it up but when I hire a professional I don't expect to have to watch so close. But I guess you could say that for the cheaper price it was worth the money."
