FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. "I had a thermostat changed. Service was good. The thermostat according to the tech the charge was 65 dollars. He was here for hour and half maybe. We got a bill for $ 465 I called and questioned and was told they charge $125 dollars / hour, which was fine. I did not know they charge for travel time which by the way was hour and half. We were not told this pre Service. Needless to say we would never have given them the job! Also they charged me over $100 dollars for the thermostat! And it was a generic questioned them about that also and they said nothing! In other words too bad! Very very dissapointed in them and also myself because I was stupid, and feel very cheated."
