I had a thermostat changed. Service was good. The thermostat according to the tech the charge was 65 dollars. He was here for hour and half maybe. We got a bill for $ 465 I called and questioned and was told they charge $125 dollars / hour, which was fine. I did not know they charge for travel time which by the way was hour and half. We were not told this pre Service. Needless to say we would never have given them the job! Also they charged me over $100 dollars for the thermostat! And it was a generic questioned them about that also and they said nothing! In other words too bad! Very very dissapointed in them and also myself because I was stupid, and feel very cheated.

Quote was ridiculous. I requested a call asking what just a portion of the quote would cost since I couldn't afford the whole thing and to this day, have yet to receive a call back. $50 down the tubes for the quote I can't even get an answer on... would not recommend.

Well I asked Them how much the starter would cost when they came out to diagnose why Generator would not start charged me $70 that day she told me the starter cost was $83 and change so order it then two months passed I called any news on the starter oh it’s here so set date to install mind you I Paid $299 for service and reduced labor rate of $85 per hr. So after he installed starter did simulated power loss hands me a bill for $335. So I called to complain they reduced it to $260. BAD Business people I believe in making money on parts but ****. I guess they forget about the “Reduced Labor Rate” And by the way “ Donna Never Returned my Call

The estimating process was terrific. Brian broke every job down so I could decide to go forward with everything or just one job at a time. He made some excellent recommendations (like swapping in USB port charging outlets in some rooms which I've seen in hotels but didn't realize were available residentially). He also explained how he would do the jobs in understandable language. He tested some outlets I was worried about and answered lots of my questions patiently.

Electricians were professional and courteous. We originally wanted an extra switch for one of our ceiling lights. The technician tried to accommodate our request, but couldn't do what we wanted due to the way our ceiling rafters were configured. We settled on the original configuration to avoid additional expense and Sheetrock repair. We were given several options and never experienced any pressure to decide a particular way.

The person was on time and very respectful. He wore the throw away shoes to make sure he kept the place clean. He disposed of the two ceiling fans that were already there. He cleaned up any mess. He verified that everything was working. He was punctual and his work was done quickly. I would use again.

We had a Generac generator installed January 13th 2017. We can't thank the following for the most professional and expedient job before the winter: 1. Fred Johnson 2. The dream team: Zak and Tony These guys conducted themselves as complete professionals. They explained every process during the installation. They worked in unison, seamlessly. These guys were very personable and the most technically knowledgeable and articulate than we have ever experienced.The men cleaned up the site properly leaving no stones un-turned. We are 1,000% satisfied. Fred Johnson helped coordinate from A to Z through Lowe's with great precision and therefore we got it done before the storm season. We are very grateful for that. They installed pot lights with dimmer switches in the two bedroom and track lighting in the living room. We have a large master bedroom and they installed 9 potlights and 4 in the guest bedroom. The track lights were installed in the center of the living room in a taseful manner. The work was very professional and the technicians were very friendly and courteous. We were pleased with the end result and would hire them again.
