"We booked these movers about two weeks out and told them we had a small street. They said it would be no problem. They got here and told us they cannot go down the street. I suggested an alternate street as I am familiar with small street and know a great alternitive. Immediately the guy got rude with me, he took us trying to explain the situation as us trying to argue. He canceled and refused to do the work. Unreliable, unprofessional and the price is not worth the hassle of not being able to count on someone."

"I need to talk to someone. I had a signed contract with deposit paid for $840. They were to arrive at 1:00 on the 17th. At 12:30 they called and said the truck broke down. They rescheduled for 8:00-10:00 today the 18th. Then last night they called and told me the contract was priced wrong and the total is now $1679!!!! I had NO CHOICE as I had to be out of the house today for get stuck paying a penalty. They did not show up until noon and took all day! I had tickets for a show tonight and could not go which caused me to lose $160,00! I was scammed with a bait and switch scheme. The movers were awesome but Royal Van lines outright scammed me. "It went very very well. These strong, young men were professional beginning to end, including communication before moving day. I was not the easiest client to deal with and made several changes to the job and they were always patient with me and adjusted the quote. They handled each item with extreme care and always had a great attitude. I will absolutely re-hire for my next move or anything I need moved that's too big and heavy for my daughter and me to move on our own. Though this might not matter much, I also appreciated their clean presentation of themselves--they wore their company attire were clean cut, and well-spoken."

They attempted to overcharge me the original quote. Long story short, Tower contracted a local company and did a poor job of handing over the job."
