Office staff Amberly, Tara & Jennifer were quick to respond to my emails & calls. Onsite workers Mike, Al, Brandon & "Mellow" were attentive to my needs/requests and worked their butts off hand-digging ditches in my rocky ground with few breaks. No more puddles in my garage and gutter water is now draining many feet from my house. This is the only local company that I could find who worked with downspout drainage issues. Great job all! "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

The first contractor that came to our house asked if our budget was over or under $20k which was extremely shocking to a newly married 24 year old couple not far out of entry level positions. After looking around we found BKG Design in the North HIlls and were able to order the cabinets and counter we wanted for such an incredible price that we added on the installation as well! Noelle helped us through the process and was very prompt responding to any questions we had. We just had the installation done this week and I couldn't believe how quickly the installation went. It is both functionally sound (with a heater, fan and windows) and aesthetically pleasing (it matches the architecture of the rest of our house). O’Dell Contracting also repaired and replaced damaged paneling in our first-floor home office while doing an outstanding job of matching the existing wood stain. Other aspects of the repair project included drywall repair and replacement of carpeting and tile in two additional rooms which were also impacted.
