"Steve Pontius made several concrete repairs to my porches. He replaced the wooden steps on my back porch. He also did several smaller jobs and checked my rain gutters. He cleaned, sanded and painted railings with a high quality paint. Steve has integrity and does a great job for a fair price. "I purchased all the necessary materials myself. All they had to do was install. I was charged $75 $68 with the 5% off coupon) for less than 1/2 hours worth of work. That translates to $150 an hour ($142.5o with a 5% discount). I like PPHI, but that price for a simple install (which I could have done myself or had my neighbor do for free), I feel is very overpriced."

"Prompt communication, accurate estimate and schedule, job well done! This was a smooth process with great communication and attention to detail the whole way through. Kevin came out quickly with his drywall pro to give an estimate, provided a detailed estimate, and was able to adjust the schedule to add in some electrical work that we wanted. They started the job on time and completed it in the window we scheduled. There was a very minor detail that needed looking into after the job was complete and they handled it perfectly the next day. The quality of the work was great -- they tore down and replaced a ceiling. We've worked with other contractors and handyman services for small and big jobs and this company is one we'd definitely work with again (which we can't say about others)."
