"John Cooper has been my HVAC contractor now for several years. In May he installed a Navien tankless water heater in the crawl space of my home. "This is an incredible story! My "go to" carpet cleaning guy retired, and in the past I had used Stanley Steamer, so I used them again - Big Mistake! Called the company to tell them the carpet is not clean, they offered to send another team to do the same thing, so I declined.
