Constantine answered all my questions patiently during his initial visit and his workmanship was excellent. After finishing his interior work and cleaning up, you'd never know he was even here. Very professional, really nice guy, highly recommended.

Constantine was a tru Professional. He and his work crew did a superb jo with my split AC/ heaters . The job was difficult due to the house being over 100 years old. The final result was excellent with zoned heating and cooling at a price much cheaper than central air. The auxillary heating for the winter. was a bonus and needed extra. I would recommend Elite Comfort Solutions without hesitation.

I can not say enough great things about Constantin. From the very first phone call for help he was professional, knowledgeable and respectful. He came out to our home to give my husband and I a quote for a new ductless system within a day. I had lots of questions and he did not hesitate to explain everything in detail and when I asked more questions he took even more time with me saying that it is important to him for us to understand how the system would work and feel comfortable with our investment. His quote was the best we got but I can say this his work ethic is worth more than money can buy. He completed the job on his own. He said it would take 2-3 days depending on the weather and it took just that. He said he would be at our home by 8:00 am and he was not a minute late not on any day. He worked non stop all days. His work looks impeccable he placed material down to keep the floors clean he said many times I want to keep your house clean and that is just what he did maybe even cleaner then before he showed up. He took all the time we needed to understand the system once installed and the system is everything we expected and more along with everything he said it would be. Just to mention my husband and I work from home and are on the phones most of the day. He was so respectful that he would drill lightly so it would not be loud for long periods of time.

If you need ductless air-conditioning work, I cannot give a stronger recommendation than say YOU MUST contact Elite Comfort Solutions. To give you back-story, our house was struck by lightning in 2020. After months of diagnostics and issues were diagnosed, the insurance company said they would replace the whole system: compressor and 3 room units. That was in December, so work was put off until spring 2021 ... or so we thought. Contractor couldn't get needed items (due to pandemic supply issues) and after more months we began shopping around. Mitsubishi directed us to Diamond Dealers in the area, and we ultimately chose Elite Comfort Solutions. The owner came yesterday at 9, removed the broken system and installed the new one. He was working on the wiring when a thunder storm hit at 7, so he had to stop. Otherwise he might have finished in one day. He was here at 8 this morning and by 11 the system is running, the house is cool and I'm somewhat less of a grouch. He was the lowest of 6 estimates. The other vendors were talking weeks until they could get parts and do the installation. Constantin had the parts installed in 11 days! The system he installed has a 12 year warranty on parts and the compressor. He installed a larger compressor unit for a lower price than the other vendors were going to install! He left no mess, inside or out, took away all refuse and you'd never even know he'd been here. Sorry to go on so long, but it's so comforting to find a vendor that is honest, conscientious and dependable. With ductless systems you have total zone control. You don't need that room cool, shut it off - it's that easy. Seriously, if you're in Eastern PA, or in Jersey, Constantin is the man you want to call.

I needed to install AC into my 70+ year old home. I reached out to Constantin and he was very detailed in explaining to me his process, and asked detailed questions about the home. Constantin set up a time to come to the house for an estimate. He spent over an hour with me walking through possible placement, examining the interior, exterior, and explaining where the major units would be placed. He pointed out repairs that should be done to make install go smoothly, including upgrading my electric. His estimate was not the cheapest quote I received, however, it was the most detailed. This attention to detail is what made me feel comfortable moving forward with Constain & Elite Comfort Solutions. He only mentioned at the end of our meeting that he is a certified diamond installer and because of this, he is able to procure an extended warranty for the units I purchased. SCORE! He showed up on time, BY himself, and spent 2.5 days at install. He is meticulous. He left nothing behind but fantastic air units which are going to be used during the July summer. I HIGHLY recommend Elite Comfort Solutions for ANY HVAC work. Very happy with my purchase, and service.
