"Mark is a true professional! He was down-to-earth, but never lost job focus.  He and Tim, his assistant, arrived promptly each day, laid drop cloths throughout my house and taped my stairway for added protection.  Drop cloths were also used to cover my bed and end tables.  At the end of each workday, the drop cloths were picked up and removed. Mark stored materials in my garage but at the end of the job, everything was removed and the garage was swept.  
One example of Mark's experience was his need to come up with an alternative to a granite lip behind the vanity. Because I had opted to use a particular granite remnant, some creativity was called for.  Mark used the floor/shower/accent tiles to create a backsplash that ties the room together beautifully!  
I cannot say enough good things about Mark Bond.  When a question or "idea" came up on my part I had only to pick up the phone and call Mark or drop him a text.  His replies were prompt and courteous. 
- Do I wish that demolition and tile cutting didn't create dust.? Of course, but that is a reality of renovation. 
- Would I recommend Bond Home Remodeling and/or use them again? In a heartbeat!

"Move move generally went pretty well! We had a few small snags leading up to the big day, which made me apprehensive, but the moving day went fine. Upon request from Ruth's Movers, I shifted my personal schedule around and the schedule of the loading dock at my new apartment building in Washington DC, switching from a late afternoon arrival to early afternoon. (Otherwise, Ruth's said they'd have to wait around in DC and would charge me those hours.) But, on the morning of the big move, they still arrived over 90 minutes later than they planned, and they took much longer to get to DC, so we ended up having a late-afternoon move after all. Additionally, after I had already committed to Ruth's, they requested that I pay in cash, and only told me after I agreed to use them that they would charge for assembly/disassembly and for tolls. Fortunately, it was only a request--they did not insist on a cash payment. Despite these setbacks, I'm giving them a good review because they were ultimately so accommodating and friendly. Most of their requests weren't unreasonable--they just should have happened at the very beginning. Oh well! On the day of the move, the staff was friendly, talkative, helpful, and they moved very efficiently. Most importantly, nothing was broken or lost. I think Ruth's Movers is a young but very promising company that may just need to work out a few of its kinks, so that we aren't left so surprised by last-minute changes. Beyond that, they did an excellent job--just as good or better than many more established companies, so not only would I use them again, I'd happily recommend them. I have no doubt they'll get better at the administrative stuff (which is small potatoes when it comes to a big move), and I hope they continue to excel with hauling furniture..which is really what matters most!"

"They really did an exceptional job. The deck rebuild was a complicated job. The deck wasn’t built correctly originally so CM Contracting had to extensively modify the structure. They really did a great job. The deck looks really great, and I think I now have the strongest deck in the Lehigh Valley. The chimney work was a big concern of mine going into the job. The previous owner of the house let the chimney cap rust, and the rust stains ran down the Dryvit. It really looked bad. Chris worked with his paint supplier to get the color to match perfectly. He had Sherwin Williams out to my house on several occasions because Chris wanted it done right. It far exceeded my expectations, and now looks perfect. The caulking and power washing all went well too. I would highly recommend CM Contracting. Chris is very responsive. We would communicate often via phone or txt. His crew is great too. Very polite and friendly."

"The repair  job went extremely well.  Colin was able to diagnose mystery leaking going on at my building for quite some time. He is very plesant and easy to work with.  This company always has great workers and they have always done a great job for me.

This past visit was for something minor but The have replaced 1000sf of rubber roof and 2000sf of torch applied roof for me in the past and i was very happy with the quality of the work.  The price was also fair."
