"24/7 Handyman did an excellent job.  The Borough gave me the "thumbs up" when it was completed and told me it looked very good.  The original estimate was about $200 lower.  However, the additional amount was due to the fact that they also painted the railing, eaves, fascia, a new post and a retaining wall around the flower bed in front of the house.  Overall I was pleased with the work!

"Rob was great to deal with. The project was to raise 2 large porch slabs that had settled due to the original contractor failing to provide adequate support at the house wall edge. Rob showed patience and experience in carefully raising the large slabs, preventing any damage to the slabs or to the wall stone at the rear of the porch that was at risk if the raising was not done right. I'm very happy with the finished job and Rob guarantees his work, offering to return at no charge if any unexpected settling in the future. A quality contractor. "Had an emergency when the shut off valve for the main water line failed before the meter. Basement was flooding. Adrian called and had the water company there to shut off the water from the street asap! He then rushed over and replaced the pipe and valve within the hour on a Saturday afternoon. Amazing and professional work. We also used him for a hot water heater replacement. He analyzed the water heater and informed us we didnt have to replace it. He then replace the thermostat and heating element costing a fraction of the cost of replacing the whole heater. Extremely honest and trustworthy. It is so hard to find in contractors with integrity today. We will use them again. Highly recommend!"
