Over the next twenty-three years, Mr. Mauer developed a highly respected specialty foundation contracting company, serving the State of Maryland. Unfortunately, Mr. Mauer died tragically in 2014. Levelift Foundations, LLC was formed as a means of keeping the core of Levelift Systems together and continuing to be a leading installer and foundation designer, for the CHANCE helical pier system, in the state of Maryland. Concrete Leveling questions, answered by experts

It’s possible to pour concrete if the temperatures are expected to dip below freezing at night, but you need to take some special precautions before you do.
