"I had a new roof and gutter system installed. They were very kind from start to finish. Explained everything I needed to know. A garbage bin was placed on a Monday and they were completely finished on Wednesday. It looks really good and has a 50 year warranty. Even my neighbors said they were impressed with how they kept my property and everything clean. I think it’s beautiful looking. Thank you to Kerry and Tom. "The job was completed by an older expert worker and a young trainee in a very timely fashion.  Both workers were nice and courteous.  Some minor damage occured to the window screens, but it was not reported to the company.  The following spring the very top piece of the siding on the north side became loose and needed to be re-attached.  We reported it to the owner of the company several times.  He finally sent someone to take care of the problem, but he did not have a tall enough ladder.  We were told that someone came again and no one was home.  The company owner was contacted again several timnes and I was told that as soon as a current job was completed, someone would come and make the repair.  No one has contacted us to date after we have called and visited to office several times.  The siding is still in need of repair."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Our project is finished and looks GREAT. Roof is beautiful. Perfect color for our house and gutters that won’t clog. They even built a pitch on our porch roof so it drains better. Tom was wonderful to work with and kept us informed of everything. Both teams that did the work were nice and respectful. They cleaned up and used a magnet to find nails in the yard. If you’ve ever had a roof replaced you know it’s nearly impossible to keep nails out of your yard. Tom knew this was an issue for me with having 3 dogs & 3 grandchildren. They went out of their way to keep it to a minimum. The only nails we found were where the dumpster was sitting and Tom warned us of that ahead of time. This company was great to work with and did excellent work. I will not hesitate to recommend them to everyone."
