I was only planning on installing the OKNA 600 series windows and one French Door, but with the Savings I got with AJ Windows and Door Solutions I was able to upgrade to the OKNA 800 series Windows and replace two Patio Doors instead of just one. James and his crew arrived early on the day of the install. They replaced 14 double hung wooden windows with new OKNA double hung 800 series Deluxe windows. They also replaced my Patio Door, and my French Door with OKNA Elegante Sliding doors which are incredible doors. James and his crew were so professional, and they knew what they were doing. By the afternoon they had completed the job. Tom who is the owner even stopped by to oversee the job. These OKNA 800 Series windows are beautiful, and the installation was awesome. "The job was completed by an older expert worker and a young trainee in a very timely fashion.  Both workers were nice and courteous.  Some minor damage occured to the window screens, but it was not reported to the company.  The following spring the very top piece of the siding on the north side became loose and needed to be re-attached.  We reported it to the owner of the company several times.  He finally sent someone to take care of the problem, but he did not have a tall enough ladder.  We were told that someone came again and no one was home.  The company owner was contacted again several timnes and I was told that as soon as a current job was completed, someone would come and make the repair.  No one has contacted us to date after we have called and visited to office several times.  The siding is still in need of repair."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"I first contacted AJ Window and Door Solutions around the first week of March I believe. Derrick came out to the house and gave a very informative presentation. We were originally going to just have the siding replaced, but wanted to get a price for the windows and roof as well for the future. We decided to have everything done at once. We expected to possibly have everything done by the end April, but these folks had everything done by the end of March. The roof was started on Friday AM and done by 1 PM. Monday, James and the guys were there to start on the windows and siding. If it wasn't for the weather, these guys would have been done by Wed. It was amazing. I had vacation planned the first week of April so I could put a new front door and side door in myself, but these guys were so fast. "This company always answered my phone calls, which was most important to me. I was on a really short time crunch to get this project done in time before my settlement of selling my house and I'm so pleased with the price and how quickly they got the job done. I spoke with 6 other asbestos companies and at least half of them told me they could not remove it from the ductwork, the ductwork would have to come out all together, which i didnt want spend money on new ductwork. Anthony Villani was able to remove the asbestos from the ductwork and did it for the best price. Thank you guys so much!"
