The son, Zach came out and he was the most professional, non pushy salesman I ever came across. Not only did he make me feel like it was my decision but he treated me like I was his family. At the end of our conversation, I had mentioned I needed to get my roof done this year and he shared with me they also do roofs. Well, let me tell you , not only did they give me a price that I could afford on a single income, but the job they did was extremely spectacular!! My roof looks great! I highly recommend this family owned business for any of your home needs. I’m still waiting for my windows to come in but I will be more than happy to let you know how they turned out. "Everything I did inside the house Quality Builders took care of it. I tend to find people who did a good job, were reliable and did the work that made me happy and I stick with them. The first job they put in was new windows, which was probably almost between fifteen and twenty year ago. They would complete the job, as you want it. They would do whatever it takes to make sure that you were satisfied with the work that they were doing. I say that because they had put in my garage doors last spring and one of them was just loud. So, they were out. I had called Rudy several times and he had sent somebody right out, they diagnosed the problem and got it taken care of. There was no charge for that, they just came out and took care of it. In terms of punctuality, I had to call them more than once a couple of times. It did not frustrate me if I knew that they were busy. I would use their services again in the future."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Our project is finished and looks GREAT. Roof is beautiful. Perfect color for our house and gutters that won’t clog. They even built a pitch on our porch roof so it drains better. Tom was wonderful to work with and kept us informed of everything. Both teams that did the work were nice and respectful. They cleaned up and used a magnet to find nails in the yard. If you’ve ever had a roof replaced you know it’s nearly impossible to keep nails out of your yard. Tom knew this was an issue for me with having 3 dogs & 3 grandchildren. They went out of their way to keep it to a minimum. The only nails we found were where the dumpster was sitting and Tom warned us of that ahead of time. This company was great to work with and did excellent work. I will not hesitate to recommend them to everyone."

"There were some delays due to my wanting certain moldings (didn't get them), and running out of roof panels. these didn't bother me since this is a second or summer home, and i told Dave this. So there were some delays. also, this home is in an area where we get a LOT of rain - so we lost time there. otherwise, the crew worked from 8am til 5pm steady.
there were no leaks while they worked on the roof and no problems with damage to anything.
I've had work done before and this was the most pleasent experience i've had with contractors.
