James and his crew arrived early on the day of the install. They replaced 14 double hung wooden windows with new OKNA double hung 800 series Deluxe windows. They also replaced my Patio Door, and my French Door with OKNA Elegante Sliding doors which are incredible doors. James and his crew were so professional, and they knew what they were doing. By the afternoon they had completed the job. Tom who is the owner even stopped by to oversee the job. These OKNA 800 Series windows are beautiful, and the installation was awesome. "The job was completed by an older expert worker and a young trainee in a very timely fashion.  Both workers were nice and courteous.  Some minor damage occured to the window screens, but it was not reported to the company.  The following spring the very top piece of the siding on the north side became loose and needed to be re-attached.  We reported it to the owner of the company several times.  He finally sent someone to take care of the problem, but he did not have a tall enough ladder.  We were told that someone came again and no one was home.  The company owner was contacted again several timnes and I was told that as soon as a current job was completed, someone would come and make the repair.  No one has contacted us to date after we have called and visited to office several times.  The siding is still in need of repair."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"We searched around and contacted 3 different providers, looking for replacement windows and doors for our cabin in the Poconos. We felt that AJ Window and Doors provided the best solution for our request. We had 4 specialty windows replaced in the cathedral wall, added 2 thin windows, one on each side of the fireplace, both old and leaky French doors to the deck replaced and all sliders replaced. What a great decision. The work was done quickly and efficiently and they cleaned up spotlessly when done. The windows are super, we go up to the cabin and it can be 90 degrees outside, we walk in the house and it’s about 72. We don’t have air-conditioning it’s just the efficiency of the windows. The tint is barely noticeable but extremely effective. We were so impressed with the quality and the service we reached out to them and asked if they would come down to our full time house and give us an estimate on windows. Yup. The price was really good so we had them do the windows too. We now have brand new windows and very old siding. Well, we did, we reached out to them a third time and got a quote on siding, accepted it and they did that too. Let me tell you about this siding; it has a foam backing and is extremely thick, you can lean on it and it doesn’t waver, you can look down the side of the house and you do not see the standard “rippling” that you normally see with vinyl siding. The house looks great, people comment on it all the time. All three estimates, and the work was done by the same sales rep and work crew. Derek W. did a great job explaining the windows and siding, James led the work crews and made sure the work was done properly and the crew cleaned up when finished. "This company always answered my phone calls, which was most important to me. I was on a really short time crunch to get this project done in time before my settlement of selling my house and I'm so pleased with the price and how quickly they got the job done. I spoke with 6 other asbestos companies and at least half of them told me they could not remove it from the ductwork, the ductwork would have to come out all together, which i didnt want spend money on new ductwork.
