"James and his crew arrived first thing in the morning and worked all day. They replaced 22 wood double hung windows with new Okna 600 Eco-Pro vinyl windows. The new windows look and work great. There was one minor problem with the horizontal sliding window located in the kitchen; on speaking with the owner Tom, they have ordered the required parts and will return to install them. Overall we are pleased with the quality, workmanship and value of the windows. They make the house look much better and are easier to operate than our old windows. "I own an 90-year old historic colonial high school turned into a bed & breakfast. The windows were neglected over the past 20-30 years and in serious demand of work. Modern day window contractors were not going to understand this job. It's very difficult to find a contractor that will come through on a promise and has the skill to do as they boast. The day that Grady stepped into my 90 year-old home that needed historic window restoration, he became a part of the house. He knew exactly what had to be done.
