Terrible, poor work quality. No attention to detail. Siding has already blown off , cement is already cracked , left our oil fill pipe on a negative incline so we couldn't get oil and when we told Patrick about the issues he became belligerent and told us that he could fix the problems but would have to charge extra.

Amazing. He did a whole house remodel for me and had our house to the studs. When he came across issues he talked to me before doing the added work. People don't seem to realize that things come up, and sometimes you have to deal with what you're given. He tried to do the cheapest but most functional way to fix my plumbing and roof issues on top of the overall remodel. I would recommend him to anyone. By far the best around.

Pat's group did a fine job. The siding looks good and the painting was fine. There was hiccup on the sidewalk and Pat took care of the issue. (Some waves in the side of the sidewalk. Had his crew cut the sidewalk straight). Made every effort to ensure we were happy. The quality of the work appears to be quite good. Employees were courteous when we had contact. I have recommended him to two friends and I noticed he had signs on projects in my neighborhood,

"The original scope of work had commenced within the dates on the contract you had signed. There was major Rot issues on the framing of your roof and you could not afford to have it fixed properly. We did the best we could to sister the rafters and attach a new face board and the additional cost was for the time and material not quoted in the original estimate and contract. It is not our fault that your roof is rotted the contractor who installed your new roof should have discovered it then. The verbal quote (not exact) was approx $2000 to tear off the 2sq portion of the roof, reframe and sheet it and have a new rubber roof installed while including debris removal and cleanup, new fascia metal and tying the rubber roof into the existing shingled roof. We are not ripping anyone off you simply don't realize the seriousness of the issues on your home and don't understand the amount of work that will go into fixing it. We are proud to offer the most quality of work and hopefully as your issues progress you have another quality contractor confirm our evaluation. We do our best to help people out and so many times we refuse to patch things for people when they cannot afford to fix it correctly because of issues like this. It seems every time I try to make things work just to help someone out and make the repair cost effective instead of correctly, they seem to be upset when it doesn't work out or is unsatisfactory and then fail to tell everyone the full story that they were consulted on the matter and the "temporary repair" was their choice. I fully understand the economy stinks and money is tight but I am at the mercy of building material costs labor costs and insurance rates. While all of that is true we still offer rates competing with other local contractors who don't have proper insurance and actual employees. As always we appreciate your business just please be honest and tell the whole story when describing your experience with us. Thank you and have a safe and wonderful 2016."

"The problems with your concrete as we discussed stem from the salt that was left on it. The driveway is flaking while the sidewalk is not both came from the same truck and received the same tooling and finish. While you didn't directly spread salt yourself the salt from the road both from the plow trucks and your car has caused the finish to prematurely crack and flake. You were advised that there was to be no salt applied what so ever to the fresh concrete and you were negligent in removing the road salt from it. The warranty is void if salt is applied . I however offered you to have a second opinion and possibly a third and if it was deemed my fault I would work with you to rectify the situation. However you have not complied with my offer and have also been rude and disrespectful. I am still willing to work with you after another group of professionals examine and determine the cause of the flaking. However if it is deemed by the other professionals that salt was the cause the warranty will be voided as per the no salt warning. Thank you for your business and we stand by our work but we simply cannot be held accountable for someone's else's actions or negligence. I will be contacting you shortly to check on the status of the inspection and determination of the cause of the failure."

Showed up the next day after I called for an estimate and said he'd be back in a week to 10 days to do the job. When a week and a half passed I called to find out when he'd be here. He gave me a date a week away. Then he called and asked if he could start 3 days previous to that date the next morning.
The finished job looks as good as could be expected, i.e. excellent.

I met with Patrick Harach to discuss some work to be done.  He contacted me promptly and was pleasant.  He measured my kitchen and my garage roof as well as the rain gutter on the garage.  He gutted my kitchen to the bare studs and rewired, ran new plumbing and insulated the walls before installing new drywall.  The job was completed well from the tile floor to the cabinets and drop ceiling. He even replaced the back door and a window.  Once the kitchen was complete I had him replace my garage roof.  He explained to me the benefits of using a synthetic underlayment and upgrading to a lifetime shingle.  The roof was torn off and everything was cleaned up and all garbage removed.  He then installed a 25ft seamless rain gutter.  It was a good experience and i would recommend Harach Contracting to anyone needing anything done.  I had recieved 3 estimates and his was in the middle.  The price was fair and well worth the quality result.

Pat Harach called back immediately to set up a time to come out to give an estimate. He gave us the estimate and when we called back to accept his estimate within a week he was here and working on the house. They did a great clean up job when they were finished. It took about 4 days to complete everything. We are very satisfied with the job that was done.

The work was well done and Patrick, the contractor, was pleasant to deal with and took the time to explain everything they were doing.  They cleaned up after the job.  I was given an estimate on project basis, but final cost was on hourly basis.  The rate was reasonable, however.  I need further work done and will use them again.

It was amazing he came over looked at what I needed done, asked me what materials I had and he figured out what he needed to pick up yet. He gave me a price with no gimmicks or additional costs. I need additional work and will call him in a heart beat.
