Communication, responsiveness, timeliness, quality and professionalism were all top notch. "Juan started the job the day I contacted him. He came that night and gave me an estimate. It sounded like a fair offer so I hired him. I was surprised to hear that his crew would be arriving the following day and would also finish the same day. My yard was like a jungle and I pointed out to the crew what was to stay and what was to go. Pablo and Oscar worked tirelessly and followed my requests implicitly. I had many trees and bushes. Only a few flowering bushes stayed put. Removing 3 6' bushes in the front must have been their biggest challenge. I these bushes must have been planted 50 years ago because the roots were thick and deep. But they got them out and covered the area with black mulch. It looks great as does the rest of the yard!
