He gave me ideas and listened my ideas.  We decided to break the job to 2 different  jobs and do the steps and all the cement work first. They returned every morning around the same time including Saturday and Sunday to get everything done. Roca has good ideas to solve problems and surprises that come about when you fix nearly 100 year old house he also has an excellent eye for detail. He has knowledge in many areas of building and fixing which is very handy. All the work turned out super and new brick steps look great and they match well with the existing stone front wall.
